I had a sudden alternator failure and had my vehicle towed here. They were incredibly prompt at ordering parts, fixing my car, and getting me back on the road for what seems to be within the ballpark of “normal” costs for alternator replacement. I would do business here again. Communication is great, too.

I was visiting from Louisville,KY & had an engine code pop. Gibsons got me in the next morning & changed my EGR valve for me on my 1994 Ford Taurus sho. Gibsons is AWESOME & have always helped me when I needed it over the years.

My car blew a coolant hose about 3 hours away from home, and I got it towed to these guys nearby. They called me promptly to give me an estimate and told me the timeline in which it could be fixed. Communication was better than anywhere I’ve been before and they did stick to the timeline they told me. Great customer service, and I would definitely be back if I lived closer. Overall a great experience!

Gibson’s was excellent. Staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to work me in while being short staffed. Offered a great warranty on the service and part (alternator) I required and very competitive pricing. Would definitely recommend.

very professional, kind and caring and went out of their way to help us out. We were traveling through and car broke down and they were able to get us in and check our car out first thing in the morning on a Saturday. Unfortunately car was not worth it to fix, but they let us hang out there. the front office staff were amazing and gave us two different rides to try and find rental cars. Would highly recommend even though we didn’t get any work done there

Incredible service. We stopped in early in the morning on a cross country road trip and they were able to move their schedule around to get us back on the road as soon as possible. We had a tight deadline 2,500 miles away and they went above and beyond to help us out. They diagnosed the problem quickly, found a solution and parts within an hour, and knocked out the repair by noon. Bonus, they didn’t take advantage of our difficult situation. The lobby, bathroom, and entire facility were clean and welcoming and they know all the best spots in the local area if you need to wait awhile.

It was a great visit! The tech and the lady at the desk gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision on handling the issues I was having with my Ford Escape. These people that work here really do care. I will definitely recommend!

Extremely satisfied with the friendly and courteous service extended to me by the office staff and employees. The diagnosis service indicated that my transmission was “shot”….they kindly searched for a replacement…but I learned it was under warranty by Subaru. I highly recommend Gibsons for your automotive services.. they are very honest and trustworthy.

What a great service team — the charge for an oil change service (not counting the oil cost) is less than a good car wash! They take great care and are very communicative. Thank you, Gibsons!!!
